In order to continue using UltraDNS, you need to update your authoritative domain name servers with your registrar to point to Vercara’s servers. Your domain name registrar is usually the company you purchased your domain name from, which is probably different from your hosting provider. Commonly used domain name registrars include Godaddy, Namecheap and Register.com.

In order to do this, you will probably log into your registrar’s website with a previously set-up account. This account is different from the one given to you by XO, Verizon, Neustar or Vercara. Once you have logged into your registrar, you should set the authoritative servers for your domain to be the 4 name servers we will send you once you sign up.
